The full process of re-incarnation will be hindered, and the "Souls" which are trying to return to the world to promote the evolution of mankind will not be able to complete their "Karmic" tasks as required by the NATURAL EVOLUTION OF THE UNIVERSE. This will definitely create an imbalance of the evolution cycle. Human beings, because they were created as Male and Female, have to PRO-CREATE and move forward in TIME, just as TIME does. Ê
