VEGETARIAN RECIPE:
 

1: Veggie Nuggets (Glutton)

Ingredients:
1lb glutton flour; water; seasoning to taste; white flour

In a bowl mix the glutton flour with the seasoning, then using the water, kneed like dough and form a ball.  Boil for about 15 minutes or until semi firm (not too firm).   Cool, cut into pieces, dip in a batter made of the flour and seasoning and deep fry to a golden brown colour.
 

2:  Veggie Nuggets (Tufu)

Ingredients:

1lb fresh firm tufu; flour; seasoning to taste

Mix the seasoning to the flour and make a batter.   Cut the tufu in square pieces.  Dip the pieces in the batter and deep fry until golden brown.  Cook in your favorite sauce for a few minutes and serve with rice or  potato.
 

3:  Veggie Nugget Curry:

Ingredients:
1 medium onion; 3 legs large garlic; 3 tablespoon curry powder; 1 teaspoon gara massala; 1/2 teaspoon ground gera; 1 1/2 lbs chicken nuggets; 2 medium potato (optional); 4 tablespoon cooking oil; 1/2 teaspoon salt; hot water

In a small bowl cut the onion and garlic in tiny pieces, then add the curry powder, gara massala and ground gera. Mix together with water to liquefy.  In a deep cooking pan or (Karahie) heat the oil.  Add the mixture to the heated oil and cook slowly for 3 minutes, then add the nuggets, potato (optional), and the salt .  Turn vigorously ensuring that the nuggets and potato are all part of the mixture.  Lower the heat and cook slowly, until the mixture starts drying down.   Add the hot water enough to allow the potato to boil properly or enough as you would prefer gravy.  Add more salt to your taste if necessary.  Cook on medium to low heat until potato is soft at the touch of a fork or until the mixture is cooked and blended in.  Serve with rice, roti or pitta bread.
